Terragen, a thermal power plant producing electricity, is seeking to recruit a QSE Trainee to support its Quality, Safety & Environment Department.

This opportunity is open to students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure in an industrial environment. A longer placement duration is preferred to ensure continuity and meaningful learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day QSE activities

  • Support basic reporting, documentation and data collection

  • Participate in site visits and inspections

  • Contribute to occupational safety, environmental and quality initiatives

  • Gain exposure to QSE systems and compliance requirements

Profile Required

  • Student or graduate/diploma holder in:

    1. Occupational Safety & Health

    2. Environmental Management

    3. Quality Management

    4. Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)

    5. Sustainability, Risk Management or related fields

  • Interest in QSE topics

  • Willingness to undertake site-based work

  • Motivated, proactive and eager to learn
