We are looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join a growing finance team and assist with establishing an Internal Audit function in the Mauritius office. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple business units and exposure to risk management, audit processes, on the ground testing and internal controls. We are looking for someone with abiut 3-5 years internal audit experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and coordinate audits with business units, document findings, and follow up on recommendations

• Review business processes, identify risks, and evaluate controls

• Assist in preparing audit work papers, performing tests, and supporting month-end reporting

• Help improve internal audit procedures and contribute to policy updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Auditing

• Professional certification (CIA) is a plus

• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit role

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines
