Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

  • Provide accurate information about the organization’s products, services, and policies

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a neat, organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room bookings

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence

  • Maintain customer and visitor records, logs, and databases

  • Escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Support internal teams with communication and coordination
