Job description: Indoor sales representatives are responsible for selling and promote the products or services of Duraco to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, or quotes to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the products or services being offered.
- Collaborate with sales team members or other departments, such as marketing or customer service, to provide a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales activity reports using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training programs or professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales will be an advantage.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for an indoor sales representative.
- Proficiency in Excel & MS 365 will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections or difficult customers.
- Effective time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled.
- He/she needs to have a positive attitude, enthusiasm for the product or service, and resilience to handle rejection or setbacks
