Job description: Indoor sales representatives are responsible for selling and promote the products or services of Duraco to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products or services.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, or quotes to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the products or services being offered.
  5. Collaborate with sales team members or other departments, such as marketing or customer service, to provide a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues or concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales activity reports using CRM software or other designated tools.
  7. Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training programs or professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in sales will be an advantage.
  2. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for an indoor sales representative.
  3. Proficiency in Excel & MS 365 will be an advantage.
  4. Ability to handle objections or difficult customers.
  5. Effective time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled.
  6. He/she needs to have a positive attitude, enthusiasm for the product or service, and resilience to handle rejection or setbacks
