Key Responsibilities
- Grow digital issuing products (corporate/virtual cards, wallets, tokenized payments).
- Acquire new corporate clients and expand the Corporate Card portfolio.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and onboarding to strengthen relationships.
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Monitor KPIs on usage, revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead product and operational initiatives from design to go‑live.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
- Guide sales teams and outbound activities to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales leadership within financial services/credit card industry.
- Strong track record in sales; experience in banking/fintech is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
