Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Head of Sales for our Automotive Tyres Department who will be responsible in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and developing market strategies while ensuring strong dealer relationships and customer satisfaction.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Head of Sales for our Automotive Tyres Department who will be responsible in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and developing market strategies while ensuring strong dealer relationships and customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate and enforce strategic plan to achieve and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support and coach the sales consultant team to ensure consistent target achievement and productivity.
  • Prepare and allocate individual sales budgets and targets for each team member.
  • Monitor daily sales planning, route coverage, and customer visit efficiency.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and submit consolidated performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • Deep understanding of products or services being sold to be able to communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions convincingly to both clients and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals, leveraging successful business models, and maintaining profit margins.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, prospecting, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
