Open Vacancy for Senior Corporate Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio of clients which include GBC’s, domestic companies, Trust & Funds.
- Support across the company; must be someone organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Conversant with the handling of all legal matters regarding Companies administration namely:
- Dealing with authorities such as FSC, ROC & MRA, handling of board matters, drafting of corporate contract.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Support project management and follow-up on action points
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide ad hoc support to the management team
- Proven experience in in a similar position; strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, logical reasoning and analytical reasoning.
- To build positive and productive relationships, have professionalism, practical judgement, integrity and be result oriented.
- Ensure proper team spirit.
- Willing to work at odd hours at times.
- Understanding the compliance framework within which the company operates and attends to administrative tasks related to compliance
Degree Holder or Equivalent
A minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar position within a Management Company.
