Our client is looking for an HR Assistant, company is based in the south-east region.
Duties:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Prepare and analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and drive continuous improvement
Assist in the engagement process
Assist the onboarding and offboarding process
Ensuring employee records and HR database are up to date
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding
Collaborate with HRBPs in effective and efficient manner
Plan and organize events and activities
Follow up on budget
Ensure we are aligned with legal standards and best practice
Qualification and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Good organizational and communication skills
Good understanding of local labor laws
High attention to details and ability to handle confidential information
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within HR field
