To support the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

 

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily housekeeping operations

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor and control housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment

  • Assist in maintaining par levels and placing orders as required

  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards, and health regulations

  • Support quality audits and inspections

  • Prepare reports such as room status, staff attendance, and productivity

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments
