Responsibilities
- Planning (Monthly, daily adjustment & replanning)
- Sending service intimation email/WhatsApp (Inform client on service date)
- Daily briefing and debriefing with the team leaders
- Call client for feedback
- Renewal of contract (Sending the renewal offer, follow up calls & get renewal done)
- Attend to customer complaints, queries and plan complaint service
- Follow up of equipment sent for repairs
- Ensure the delivery of materials
- Monitoring the stock and re order of material when needed
- Prepare wages and attendance for technician
Qualification
- SC/HSC
- Good at MS office, Excel
