Dedicated HR Officer with experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation. Skilled in managing employee records, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in recruitment and maintenance of HR files and contracts.
- Experience in expat management recruitment and process will be an advantage.
- Well acquainted with HR processes and practices.
- Sound knowledge of IR and ERA.
- Experience in policies and procedures drafting.
- Assist in welfare activities.
- Sound understanding of performance mgt systems and implementation.
- Knowledge in payroll process.
- Maintain medical insurance Masterfile and process new joiners/leavers
- Provide data for HR reports and analysis
- Assist in organisation of welfare activities
- Assist with HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM.
- 2-3 years experience in the same position.
- Conversant in Sicorax HR and payroll.
- Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, well organized and result driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
