The Sales Administrator will support the sales team with back-office administration and planning. This role is essential for ensuring smooth client follow-ups, managing tender processes, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

 

 

Sales Support & Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and contract documentation.

  • Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for sales orders and contracts.

  • Manage and update the CRM system with customer data and sales pipeline information.

Client Follow-up & Relationship Support

  • Follow up with clients on pending orders, quotations, and delivery timelines.

  • Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.

Tender & Bid Support

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and bids.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to gather required documentation and pricing.

  • Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

Planning & Coordination

  • Support sales planning and scheduling of meetings, site visits, and customer presentations.

  • Liaise with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones related to sales activities.


Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar role.

  • Strong experience in construction, industrial, or related sectors is mandatory.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
