The Sales Administrator will support the sales team with back-office administration and planning. This role is essential for ensuring smooth client follow-ups, managing tender processes, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and contract documentation.
Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for sales orders and contracts.
Manage and update the CRM system with customer data and sales pipeline information.
Follow up with clients on pending orders, quotations, and delivery timelines.
Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and bids.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to gather required documentation and pricing.
Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
Support sales planning and scheduling of meetings, site visits, and customer presentations.
Liaise with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones related to sales activities.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Strong experience in construction, industrial, or related sectors is mandatory.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
