We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team in Mauritius. This role is central to supporting our people strategy, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate
- communication.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with industrial laws.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Ensure internal policy follow-up
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience (coordination or generalist roles preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Industrial laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Holder of a valid driving license for private car
- Holder of clean character certificate
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Goal oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
