The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support treasury, banking, and finance operations. The role focuses on daily cash management, payments processing, and reconciliations, with exposure across multiple group entities.

Cross-training will be provided to support operational continuity and flexibility within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily bank transactions and maintain accurate cashbooks.
- Prepare and update daily cash flow schedules.
- Manage payment runs and upload payments on online banking platforms.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Process multi-currency transactions and support treasury activities.
- Maintain audit trails for banking and payment documentation.
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks, head office treasury, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with audit requests and ad hoc finance tasks.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an accounts or treasury role.
- Experience with online banking platforms and cash management.
- Knowledge of Sage Pastel and strong Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
