The Spa Cleaner is responsible to creating a pristine, serene, and safe environment that our guests expect. This role goes beyond standard cleaning, maintaining the integrity of the spa’s ambiance. and ensuring guests have a flawless experience from the moment they enter until they depart.

• Perform deep cleaning and daily maintenance of all spa areas: treatment rooms, wet areas (steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, experience showers), relaxation lounges, locker rooms, toilets.

• Strictly follow hotel and spa protocols for sanitizing all surfaces, tools, and equipment after each guest use, including treatment beds, chairs, benches, and high-touch points.

• Replenish guest amenities (towels, robes, slippers, drinking water, toiletries) in locker rooms and relaxation areas.

• Manage laundry operations: collect used linens, deliver to hotel laundry, and stock clean linens, towels, and robes.

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and dispose of waste hygienically.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).

• Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures.

• Prepare treatment rooms for services between guests efficiently and quietly.

• Assist therapists with basic room setup and breakdown.

• Check and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities; report low inventory.

• Perform routine checks to ensure all equipment (e.g., sauna, steam room) is functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards (including OSHA and local health department guidelines).

• Secure the spa areas, ensuring storage rooms and cupboards are locked as required.
