Courts Mammouth the largest retail company in Mauritius is seeking to recruit dedicated and detail-oriented Clerks to support our back-office operations, stock office, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Office:

• At ease with the company’s retail system
• Ensure that the system is updated regularly and that 'the follow-up'' notes are updated constantly.
• Ensure that all products are well stacked with correct labelling.
• Ensure that all products received are brought in the showroom and be on shelves.
• Receive, unpack, and sort incoming shipments
• Deal with transfers ins and out
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Process customer returns and restock items
• Ensure good housekeeping in the store room.

Customer Service:

• Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Attend to customers' queries and ensure that complaints are handled efficiently, effectively and promptly, and to the customers' satisfaction
• Provide information and resolve customer issues
• Assist customers with product reselection and availability
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

• Minimum School Certificate
• Good attitude and disciplined

Sales Representatives.

Courts Mammouth the largest retail company in Mauritius is seeking to recruit motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representatives for product categories – Electrical/Electronics, Furniture & IT, to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist customers in finding the right products, provide accurate information, process transactions, and promote sales through engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers and ascertain that all customers are being attended promptly
• Stay up to date with new products/services

• Provide accurate information about product features and benefits, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

• Be familiar with sales process - upselling and cross-selling related products and services.
• Achieve sales targets

• Ensure shelves and tables (IT & accessories) are fully stocked
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

• Be knowledgeable of technical specifications, functionalities, and latest trends.

• Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Associate
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

• Outgoing personality - energetic, friendly, pleasant, enthusiastic and customer focused.
