He/She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing internal and external communications, and promoting the company’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, traditional media, and events
- Manage brand positionings and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Create and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website content, and any promotional materials
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization to Management team
Social Media & Community Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and with the business objectives
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities
- Help build an online community through active engagement and response management
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and engagement rates
- Collaborate with/keep informed customer service teams (LOBs to apppint dedicated person) to address inquiries and concerns raised through social channels
Content Creation & Management
- Create compelling content for various channels (blog/news section on websites, newsletter, article thought leadership...)
- Collaborate with graphic designer (s) to ensure visual consistency and brand compliance
- Manage content calendars and editorial workflows
- Ensure all communications align with brand voice
Event Management & Partnerships
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities
- Coordinate speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage event budgets and support vendor relationships when and as needed
Communications & Public Relations
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies supporting business objectives
- Manage relationships with media contacts, agencies, and external stakeholders
