Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Support sales activities by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
Ensure customer satisfaction
Upsell and cross-sell logistics solutions based on customer needs
- Act as the main contact point for customers from booking confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, customs clearance, and transport teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Monitor shipments end-to-end and proactively inform customers of milestones, delays, or issues
- Handle customer complaints, discrepancies, and claims efficiently while ensuring service recovery
- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of shipping documents including BL, AWB, invoices, delivery orders, and shipping instructions
- Maintain complete and accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and service issues
- Convert customer inquiries and rate requests into confirmed business
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, referrals, and client visits
- Promote and sell logistics services including sea freight, air freight, cross-border trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize service agreements in line with company margins
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers to maximize retention and revenue
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
