Centre Manager For Mall
– Manage all assets whilst ensuring high quality, service and profitability for the organisation.
– Ensuring that the team understands that the centre’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management.
– Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.
– Ensure collection of all rentals and any other charges as per the Lease Agreement.
– Manage any litigations which may occur.
– Maintain all Assets and ensure all duties are in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations and obligations.
– Conduct Monthly Management Meeting.
– Preparation of Budget and forecast and any other report as required.
Day to day responsibilities agreed with your CEO to include:
– Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the Centre and other Assets.
– Effective liaison, support and assistance with all stakeholders.
– Maintain and improve mechanisms for centre activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
– Utilise agreed systems to manage the centre functions, analysis and documenting.
– Direct the development of plans for the centre to include management to achieve targets.
– Developing plans for the centre’s progress and growth.
– Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis as agreed.
– Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
– Set an example for team members of commitment, centre process and activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
– Maintain accurate records.
– Responsibly control resources and expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
– Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
Perform any other cognate duties that may be assigned by the management.
