We’re looking for Payroll Officers to join our growing team supporting UK-based clients. The role is based in Mauritius and requires working UK hours whilst offering exposure to international payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on schedule

• Handle statutory calculations including PAYE, NI, pensions and other deductions

• Maintain and update payroll records with a high level of accuracy

• Manage queries from clients and employees professionally and promptly

• Prepare payroll reports, summaries and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in payroll processing is an advantage but school leavers with strong numerical and administrative skills are welcome to apply

• Good understanding or willingness to learn UK payroll processes and statutory requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning payroll systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work to deadlines and manage confidential information responsibly

• Flexible to work UK hours from Mauritius
