We are looking for Assistant Manager.

 

Assistant Manager – Financial Services

We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager to support its management, operational, and compliance functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Management
  • Minimum three (3) years of proven experience within the financial services sector
  • Prior exposure to Compliance, AML/CFT, or regulatory reporting will be a strong advantage

Required Competencies

  • Fully computer literate, with excellent command of Microsoft Office and digital business tools
  • Sound understanding of CRM systems and client lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, online client engagement, and business development strategies
  • Good understanding of the Mauritian regulatory framework, including FSC requirements
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with discretion, integrity, and professionalism in a regulated environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior management in operational and administrative functions
  • Support compliance monitoring, internal controls, and regulatory obligations
  • Contribute to client relationship management and service optimisation
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives and data-driven reporting
  • Prepare internal reports and support audit and regulatory reviews
