Ensure high availability, reliability, and safety of concrete batching plant equipment through effective preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices.

Plant & Equipment Maintenance

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for batching plants, silos, mixers, conveyors, weigh systems, compressors, and ancillary equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Oversee calibration and functional integrity of load cells, moisture probes, and instrumentation.
• Support breakdown response to minimise downtime and production losses.

Electrical & Automation

• Prepare and execute maintenance of PLC-based control systems, MCCs, sensors, actuators, and other electrical and electronic components.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of automation and batching software issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and Lock-Out, Tag-Out and Try-Out procedures.

Maintenance Management

• Develop maintenance plans, checklists, and schedules.
• Maintain CMMS records, asset histories, and spare parts inventory.
• Analyse failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop maintenance budget plans and ensure compliance.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and audits.
• Ensure equipment guarding, interlocks, and safety devices are functional.

Team & Contractors

• Supervise technical staff, workers and external contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate contractor performance and work quality.

Continuous Improvement

• Propose upgrades, reliability improvements, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Support plant modifications and commissioning activities.
