The position balances structured office coordination with frequent store visits, with a strong focus on customer experience, store excellence, brand consistency and sustainable sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Store Excellence

  • Ensure all stores comply with brand standards and maintain high visual and operational quality
  • Monitor customer feedback and address service gaps
  • Coach store teams on effective customer interactions and service excellence

Sales Performance & Retail Excellence

  • Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance across stores
  • Identify performance gaps and coach teams on upselling and cross-selling techniques

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Implement in-store marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure accurate merchandising and visual presentation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and collect feedback on campaign effectiveness

Store & B2B Relations

  • Act as a liaison between retail stores and corporate teams
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders
  • Support B2B partnerships, events, and promotional activities

Operational Oversight

  • Conduct regular store visits and audits
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement plans

Team Coaching & Influence

  • Mentor and guide store teams
  • Promote best practices and operational consistency
  • Build trust and engagement to drive performance and results

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field or Diploma-level qualification in sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience
  • Sales or Customer Experience certifications are an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Retail reporting and KPI tracking
  • Marketing campaign management tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Visual merchandising tools

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in retail operations and sales
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing store relationships, B2B initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, hands-on, results-driven, and service-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and own car preferred
