Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Store Excellence
- Ensure all stores comply with brand standards and maintain high visual and operational quality
- Monitor customer feedback and address service gaps
- Coach store teams on effective customer interactions and service excellence
Sales Performance & Retail Excellence
- Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance across stores
- Identify performance gaps and coach teams on upselling and cross-selling techniques
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Implement in-store marketing promotions and campaigns
- Ensure accurate merchandising and visual presentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams and collect feedback on campaign effectiveness
Store & B2B Relations
- Act as a liaison between retail stores and corporate teams
- Build strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders
- Support B2B partnerships, events, and promotional activities
Operational Oversight
- Conduct regular store visits and audits
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement plans
Team Coaching & Influence
- Mentor and guide store teams
- Promote best practices and operational consistency
- Build trust and engagement to drive performance and results
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field or Diploma-level qualification in sales.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience
- Sales or Customer Experience certifications are an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Retail reporting and KPI tracking
- Marketing campaign management tools (e.g., Canva)
- Visual merchandising tools

- Proven experience in retail operations and sales
