The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring cash accounts and supporting daily accounting operations. The role reports to the Accountant in charge of Cash and Invoices.

This position is based in Madagascar, and the selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Madagascar.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process supplier invoices accurately

• Record and monitor cash transactions (provincial cash offices, garage, and Antananarivo depot)

• Follow up on supplier invoice processing

• Record fixed asset invoices in the Navision (Immo) module

• Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Marketing, to ensure smooth inter-departmental processes

• Perform additional accounting tasks as required by the department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficient in accounting and office software

• Strong communication skills in French and Malagasy

• Organized, proactive, honest, and detail-oriented
