C-Care is recruiting a Café Operator to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.

What you will be doing:

-Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at cafe and canteen

-Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties

-Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and takes corrective actions where necessary

-Always promotes upselling of food products

-Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers

What are we looking for?

-Minimum secondary Education

-A minimum of 6 months experience in similar position

-Basic computer literacy

-Good communication and numerical skills

-Customer focus and attentive to details

-Ability to work on pressure and shift system
