We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Claims Motor Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing motor insurance claims, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring fair, timely, and efficient claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess motor insurance claims for coverage and liability.
• Coordinate with policyholders, repair shops, and adjusters.
• Review claim documents (e.g., reports, estimates) for accuracy.
• Assess whether claims are receivable based on policy conditions.
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers.
• Manage claim payments and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance field.
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
