We are looking for a meticulous and technically competent Junior Internal Surveyor to join our Claims Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, assessing damage, and ensuring fair, accurate, and timely claims settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and surveys of motor vehicles in accordance with established processes and standards.
• Provide accurate and well-justified assessments of vehicle damage and make sound recommendations on repair requirements.
• Negotiate professionally with motor repairers to reach fair and reasonable settlement agreements.
• Identify potential inconsistencies or red flags in claims and report any suspicions accordingly.
• Assess constructive total loss or technical loss situations confidently and accurately.
• Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
• Diploma in Body Repairs and/or Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in body and mechanical repairs or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
