Crewing cordinator

A well-established offshore services company is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to support the efficient management of vessel crewing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in crew planning, coordination, and compliance, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with company and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating crew assignments for vessels in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of crew rotation plans.
• Assist with recruitment and coordination of seafarers in collaboration with manning agencies.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, flag state requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate crew records and update internal systems accordingly.
• Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on documentation.
• Monitor crew-related costs and assist in budget control.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding crew logistics, documentation, and claims.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in crewing or maritime operations (shipping or offshore sector preferred).
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and general IT tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
