We are seeking a technically capable and adaptable Facilities Team Member to support facilities operations, maintenance, and minor construction works. The role involves hands-on maintenance duties, basic masonry tasks, and logistical support, requiring a proactive individual with practical skills and a valid driving license.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine facilities maintenance and repair works
Assist with civil construction activities such as masonry works, concrete works, and other related site tasks assigned.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
Transport materials, equipment, and personnel using company vehicles
Comply with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures
Carry out any other facilities-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
Minimum basic experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or a related field
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Willingness to learn new skills and perform multi-skilled tasks
Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance field
