Chief Security Officer – Hotel Industry We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Chief Security Officer to lead and oversee all security operations within our hotel, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement hotel security policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train security personnel across all shifts.
• Monitor CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure proper emergency response and evacuation procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication, integrity and attention to detail.
