We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Supervisor – Check-In & Guest Relations to join our competitive socializing venue.
This role is responsible for supervising the check-in and guest-relations team, ensuring guests are welcomed professionally, checked in efficiently, and clearly guided on how to use our games and activities safely and confidently.
This is a hands-on supervisory position within a fast-paced leisure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise guest check-in operations and manage guest flow
• Deliver clear and engaging game briefings to guests
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
• Support, guide, and supervise front-of-house team members
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue procedures
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service (leisure, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
