We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support business development activities and help strengthen brand visibility across Cyberati Group’s diverse portfolio.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Support meetings and events on behalf of Cyberati Group. Help build relationships by understanding client needs and sharing relevant information about our services.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Participate in presenting service offerings to prospective clients when required.
  • Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to help execute campaigns, manage digital content, and support brand visibility across events, social media, and webinars.
  • Industry Focus: Assist in gathering insights on key sectors (ICT, finance, real estate, consulting) and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to share market insights and support cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales & Reporting: Help track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide updates on pipeline progress and campaign performance.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold Cyberati Group’s values and professionalism in all marketing and business development interactions.

 

 Profile Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Exposure to service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Mauritian market or the offshore sector is a plus.
  • Understanding of conciergerie or lifestyle services is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic analytics.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English and French.
