We are seeking a motivated Investor Relations and Research Support Analyst to manage communications and analysis

 

Purpose of Role

The Associate will support investor relations and broader business activities, assisting with the organization, management, and reporting of key investor communications. The firm is a diversified digital asset investment platform operating to institutional standards across Alpha Strategies, Trading, and Asset Management. Working closely with senior investment, technology, and business leaders, this role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-growing digital asset business as digital assets gain wider adoption globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support preparation and regular updating of presentations, research reports, and other company and fund marketing materials.
  • Gather and maintain market data and prepare relevant analysis (e.g. competitor analysis).
  • Support KYC process and other client onboarding processes.
  • Help organize and prepare calls and interactions with potential fund investors.
  • Keep the client database up to date and prepare reports that generate value-add insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise closely with and support the investor relations and research teams globally.
  • Prepare and organize client events, such as conferences, meetings and calls.
  • Participate in internal meetings and create meeting minutes.
Skill Set and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations or STEM
  • 2-5 years experience in client relations/research support and business administration, ideally in the asset management industry
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.): Experience in preparing and formatting Powerpoint presentations strongly preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and to meet demanding deadlines
  • Based in Mauritius
