Tasks

• Online candidate research (Linkedin and equivalent) according to specifications
• Contact and follow up with candidates via online chat
• Update of CRM information 
• HR Interview (face-to face and online)

Required

• Very Fluent in French and English
• Strong Experience in head hunting 
• Strong experience using LinkedIn or equivalent, CRM 
• Excellent presentation and ability to learn fast
• Great attention to details 
• Ability to provide accurate reporting

Preferred

• Experience in head hunting in Mauritian and African markets
• Strong experience in HR interviews
