Shangri-La Le Touessrok is looking for a potential Guest Service to join the Front Office department to deliver exceptional guest service through efficient front desk operations, guest assistance, and inter-departmental coordination while maintaining hotel service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations and modifications.
- Update guest profiles and room status in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Address guest complaints professionally and courteously.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions accurately.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare shift reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in the hotel sector or customer service role.
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest relations is an advantage.
- Computer Literate.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
- Candidate should be familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Candidate should have the ability to adapt to busy periods.
