Bon Marché Market is situated in grand baie. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffees, hot and cold beverages while delivering friendly and efficient customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and hot beverages to company standards

• Prepare cold beverages, smoothies, and specialty drinks as required

• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area

• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables

• Assist with receiving, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO)

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures

• Support team members during busy service periods

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
