Solar Sales Representative

Bayon Mauritius is a growing solar energy company specialising in residential and commercial PV solutions. We are looking for motivated, target-driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our sales team and help expand our footprint across Mauritius.
This role is suited to individuals who enjoy selling, meeting clients, and being rewarded for performance. You will report directly to the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Generate residential and small commercial solar PV sales.
Source new leads and follow up on company-generated enquiries.
Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand customer requirements.
Present solar proposals and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed deals.
Provide regular sales updates to the Sales Manager.
Represent Bayon professionally at all times.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (solar, construction, electrical, telecoms, or technical sales preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and French.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working under targets and in a commission-based structure.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
