We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed as planned.
  • Monitor progress and prepare clear status reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Track budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues promptly.
  • Support resource allocation and manage project tools/software.
  • Organise and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services (preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Certification such as CAPM or PMP (a plus).
  • Core strengths: attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and team collaboration.
