Job Description
The Scheme Registration and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for managing Qualified Security Assessor registrations, Scheme registrations and ensuring accurate, timely assistance in submission of mandatory scheme reports, supporting the Persistent Merchant Monitoring process. The role supports PCI DSS compliance with schemes and other requirements, reducing regulatory and financial risk to the organisation.
Manage end-to-end Qualified Security Assessor registrations and any related queries.
Manage end-to-end Scheme registrations, including BINs.
Assist in preparing mandatory scheme reports
List terminated merchants on the VISA [VMSS] and Mastercard [MATCH].
Clear MATCH/VMSS potential matches, escalate positive MATCH/VMSS matches on merchants that have been previously inquired on
Support PCI Compliance queries.
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and evidence for scheme compliance.
Assist in investigating any reporting discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting workflows.
Input G2 alerts into the G2 flags masterlist
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Strong team player who collaborates effectively, communicates clearly and respectfully, fostering a trust-based and inclusive team environment.
