One of our client is looking for a Call Center Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/chats, transferring calls to the correct department when needed.
- Problem Resolution: De-escalate complaints, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions, owning the issue until resolved
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company services and policies.
