In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Perform daily and monthly system procedures to ensure business continuity.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Handle remote and onsite interventions for IT support requests.
Install and configure IT equipment and software applications.
Carry out basic network cabling and administration tasks.
Assist with server installation, administration, and routine backups.
Respond to IT tickets promptly and document resolution steps.
Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and deliver timely solutions.
Maintain excellent customer service when handling queries and complaints.
Perform any other related duties within the IT department.

Candidate Profile

SC/HSC qualification; CCNA certification is an advantage.
6–12 months of experience in a similar IT support role.
Knowledge of PC repair (hardware and software) and Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver’s licence for onsite interventions.
