Description
The Associate - Partnership & Alliance Lead drives growth by building and managing strategic relationships with key partners. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing partnerships, coordinating joint initiatives, and working closely with internal teams to maximize value and expand market presence.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with business goals.
- Identify and secure new alliances through market research and trend analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead partnership meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure value creation.
- Maintain an organized database of partners and ongoing activities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful partner-led projects.
- Identify joint go-to-market opportunities, lead generation activities, events, and co-branded campaigns.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for new partnerships.
- Execution, Coordination & Performance Tracking
- Drive partner onboarding, enablement and operational alignment with internal teams.
- Track partnership KPIs, deliverables, deal pipelines and revenue contribution.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups and cross-team coordination for successful execution.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Good understanding of business growth strategies, partnership dynamics, and market research.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
