Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest requirements.
• Prepare a wide variety of beverages.
• Responsible for preparing and/or serving hot or cold beverages, cocktails and bar menu items.
• Order & receive stock supplies & retail products.
• Ensure bar and restaurant is always clean & presentable & an arrangement of attractive bottles of glassware are on display.
• Ensure adherence to the hotel policies, procedures & SOPs.
• Participate in departmental trainings.
• Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by Food & Beverages Manager.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
