Be the central point of contact for assigned customers. Manage the full customer journey, from handling inquiries and processing orders to coordinating deliveries, invoicing, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll do:
- Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Provide proactive communication on product availability or alternatives available, price change, promotions, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customers understand offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain customer records: Update databases with accurate contact details, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure that any invoice is duly supplied against an official PO and follow up on invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Build customers' trust, resolve issues, and promote loyalty.
- Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with sales, finance and operations to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on products, learn new offerings to provide accurate to provide accurate information.
What we're looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in customer portfolio management, sales administration, or customer service.
Knowledge and Technical competencies:
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and office software.
