Preskil Island Resort is seeking a competent, committed and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable who is passionate, proactive and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic finance team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconcile invoices with contracts, credit notes, and supporting documents
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Follow up with customers to resolve billing queries and outstanding balances
Record customer payments (cash, bank transfers, credit cards, cheques)
Perform daily and monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations
Assist with credit control, including monitoring credit limits and payment terms
Support month-end closing activities and audits
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
Profile:
Minimum HSC
Self-motivated
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge in Accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
Good Interpersonal Skills
1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
Experience in hospitality or service industry is an advantage
