Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, purchase orders.
  • Accounts Receivable: Process with invoices and follow up with debtors.
  • Prepare costing.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Sales departments.
Profile:

  • Minimum: Higher School Certificate.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Good organizational and Communication Skills.
