Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk/Reception who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering or referring inquiries; notifying the appropriate staff of visitor's arrival.
  • Make appointments on behalf of Management.
  • Attending to incoming and going calls and taking messages.
  • Coordinate with the Office Attendant the despatch of documents.
  • Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
  • Develop sales strategies and setting up goals.
  • Generate leads and reaching out to prospects.
  • Contact customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
Profile:

  • Higher School Certificate.
  • Diploma in Sales / Marketing.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Dynamic and customer-oriented.
  • Organized with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
