Le Connoisseur, the retail arm of Oxenham Ltd, is Mauritius’ destination for wines, spirits and gourmet products. We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead a group of Le Connoisseur shops and help us offer an exceptional experience to our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability for your cluster (turnover, margin, average basket, product mix).
• Lead and coach store teams (Store Managers and Sales Advisors): scheduling, training, follow-up and motivation.
• Ensure top-level customer service in all shops, with personalised advice and professional product recommendations.
• Manage daily operations: opening/closing, cash-up, procedures, hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee stock management: orders, stock levels, stock takes, breakages and expiries.
• Implement marketing campaigns and promotions in-store in line with Oxenham guidelines (displays, promotions, tastings, events).
• Coordinate in-store tastings and activations with our brands and suppliers.
• Support the e-commerce / click & collect activity linked to your shops.
• Report regularly on results, key KPIs and market feedback to the Retail / Le Connoisseur Manager.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management (wines & spirits, FMCG or premium retail is a plus).
• Diploma/degree in Management/Marketing/sales
• Strong people management skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Real commercial sense, comfortable working with numbers and targets.
• Interest in wines, spirits and gourmet products, and willingness to learn more.
• Organised, reliable and solution-driven, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
• Good command of basic IT tools (email, Excel, POS / retail systems).
• Working hours:Monday to Friday 7hrs to 17hrs
• Holder of a recent valid certificate of character
• Holder of a recent valid driving license.
