Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver personalised service excellence.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to maintain high standards.

• Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.

• Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness, ambience, and overall presentation.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

• Implement upselling strategies to maximise revenue.

• Manage administrative reporting, including sales and labour hours.

• Support cost control measures and budgetary objectives.

• Assist in staff training and implementation of SOPs.

• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership, organisational, and decision-making abilities.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
