Suntricity Ltd, a growing company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join its team. If you are organised, accurate, and have a keen eye for detail, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and prospects.
- Assess customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on system requirements.
- Negotiate terms and finalise sales agreements with Management approval.
- Track market trends and provide regular sales feedback to Management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Keep accurate customer and sales records.
Performance & Targets
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in technical sales.
- Experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems or renewable energy solutions will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of renewable energy products, systems, and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and remain effective under pressure.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
